Role & responsibilities

- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns.

- Develop campaign strategies based on business goals, target audience, and expected outcomes.

- Have strong practical experience in running live Meta Ad campaigns.

- Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversions, and overall campaign performance.

- Handle campaign budgets and have experience managing and scaling campaigns with increasing ad spends.

- Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance through audience, creative, placement, bidding, and budget optimization.

- Work closely on creative concepts and ad scripts for performance campaigns.

- Understand which creatives and messaging can improve campaign performance.

- Coordinate with the creative team to develop and test multiple ad creatives.

- Conduct A/B testing of audiences, creatives, copy, and campaign strategies.

- Regularly track and report campaign performance and provide actionable insights.

- Troubleshoot underperforming campaigns and implement optimization strategies.

- Stay updated with Meta Ads features, trends, targeting options, and performance marketing practices.





Preferred candidate profile

- 1-3 years of practical experience in Performance Marketing / Meta Ads.

- Excellent hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads Manager.

- Proven experience managing live Meta Ad campaigns.

- Experience handling and scaling advertising budgets.

- Good understanding of campaign planning, audience targeting, retargeting, and optimization.

- Knowledge of performance-oriented creatives and ad scripting.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets for campaign tracking and reporting.

- Excellent communication and coordination skills.

- Ability to understand campaign data and take performance-based decisions.

- Result-oriented approach with strong attention to campaign performance
