THE ROLE | PERFORMANCE MARKETER

We’re looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer with hands-on experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads , particularly for D2C brands. You’ll be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and optimising paid campaigns across different budgets to drive conversions, customer acquisition, and business growth.

Key responsibilities:

- Plan and execute paid campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Manage campaigns for D2C brands, focusing on sales, ROAS, and customer acquisition.
- Handle both small and large advertising budgets efficiently.
- Monitor and optimise campaign performance, including CPA, CTR, conversion rates, and ROAS.
- Conduct audience research, retargeting,



A/B testing, and creative testing.
- Track campaign performance and prepare regular reports with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with creative and account management teams to improve campaign outcomes.

REQUIREMENTS
- Experience: 3–4 years in performance marketing.
- Prior experience working with a digital marketing agency is essential.
- Proven hands-on experience running ads for D2C brands , with a clear understanding of e-commerce performance metrics.
- Strong expertise in both Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads .
- Experience managing and optimising both small and large campaign budgets.
- Positive understanding of ROAS, CPA, CAC, CTR, conversion tracking, and funnel optimisation.
- Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and campaign reporting.
- Strong analytical skills, budget management capabilities, and a results-oriented approach.
