We’re hiring a Performance Marketer at G-INITIATONS ESERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED for our dating and matrimony apps.
We’re looking for someone who understands how to take already-performing campaigns to the next stage of growth, scale them efficiently, and maintain robust performance as budgets increase , rather than simply managing campaigns day to day.
You should have strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, app growth, creative testing, and performance optimization .
Experience with dating, matrimony, social, subscription, or consumer apps would be a strong plus.
This role will work closely with the founding team, with a clear focus on growth and scaling.
