Crisom Curve is looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team on a Remote basis.

We’re looking for someone who can independently manage performance campaigns, analyse results, and lead a team while handling multiple client accounts.

Responsibilities

- Plan, execute & optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns
- Manage lead generation and performance marketing campaigns
- Monitor CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversion rates and other key metrics
- Develop performance strategies based on campaign data
- Handle multiple client accounts and budgets
- Manage, guide and review the performance of the marketing team
- Work closely with the creative/content team to improve ad performance
- Prepare regular campaign reports and performance insights
- Identify opportunities for scaling successful campaigns
- Communicate campaign strategies and results with clients

What We’re Looking For

✅ 6+ years of hands-on Performance Marketing experience

✅ Strong experience with Meta Ads & Google Ads

✅ Experience managing multiple client campaigns

✅ Proven experience in Lead Generation / Conversion Campaigns





✅ Team management and leadership experience

✅ Robust analytical and optimization skills

✅ Ability to work independently in a remote environment

✅ Agency experience will be preferred

- International Clients
