Role Overview

As a performance marketing Intern at DESENO, you will be responsible for driving performance-based digital marketing campaigns. Your primary focus will be to optimize campaigns, ensure effective budgeting, and deliver measurable results for our clients. You will work closely with our creative and strategic teams to refine digital marketing tactics that drive client success.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and more.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to enhance the performance of digital campaigns.
- Track campaign performance, analyze results, and provide actionable insights for continuous optimization.
- Collaborate with the creative team to align campaigns with clients' goals and target audiences.
- Work closely with the account management team to develop and execute strategies that drive client objectives.
- Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, KPIs, and results,



and present findings to stakeholders.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and tools in digital marketing and apply them to improve campaign outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field..
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data to clients.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
