Job Summary : We are seeking an accurate, detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to manage and oversee our company’s payroll functions. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring all employees are paid correctly and on time, maintaining precise payroll records, and ensuring strict compliance with local, state.

Key Responsibilities

- Payroll Processing: Gather, calculate, and input payroll data (including hours worked, bonuses, commissions, and deductions) to process accurate weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly payroll.

- Compliance: Pf , Esic ,Lwf challan and monthly payments. Keeping and maintaining the records for it.

- Time Tracking Oversight: Audit time-tracking systems and attendance logs to resolve discrepancies in timesheets and leave requests.

- Benefits Integration: Collaborate with the HR department to ensure seamless coordination of employee benefits, retirement contributions, and paid time off (PTO).





Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).

- Experience: 2–4 years of proven experience working as a Payroll Specialist.

- Software Proficiency: Solid hands-on experience with payroll systems (e.g., ADP, Paychex, Workday, Gusto) and human resource information systems (HRIS).

- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, data formulas).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
