Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing for 1,200–1,500 employees.
- Ensure accurate calculation of salaries, wages, overtime, bonuses, incentives, deductions, and other payroll components.
- Manage statutory compliances including PF, ESI, PT, TDS, LWF, and other applicable regulations.
- Maintain accurate employee payroll data, salary structures, and payroll records.
- Ensure compliance with applicable central and state labour laws.
- Coordinate payroll audits and provide required information to internal and external auditors.
- Prepare payroll MIS, reports, reconciliation statements, and payroll cost analysis.
- Track and implement applicable government schemes, labour reforms, and statutory updates.
- Manage Full & Final Settlements, gratuity, bonus payments, and leave encashment.
- Coordinate with HR and Finance teams for payroll processing and related matters.




- Address and resolve employee queries related to salary, deductions, and statutory contributions.

Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of payroll processing, HRMS, and payroll software.
- Good understanding of statutory compliances and labour laws.
- Knowledge of PF, ESI, gratuity, maternity perks, wage-related regulations, and applicable government schemes.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and reconciliation skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle confidential employee and payroll information with integrity.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage high-volume payroll operations within timelines.

Qualification & Experience
- 1–2 years of relevant payroll experience.
- Hands-on experience managing payroll for 1,200–1,500 employees is mandatory.
- Experience with HRMS/payroll software will be preferred.
- Additional certification in Payroll, Labour Laws, or statutory compliance will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
