We’re Hiring: Patient Coordinator

Glo × Dent Heal | Versova, Mumbai

Glo and Dent Heal are coming together under one centre in Versova, and we’re looking for a Patient Coordinator to manage the patient journey across both brands.

What you’ll do

- Welcome and assist patients throughout their visit
- Handle patient enquiries, appointments and follow-ups
- Explain treatments, procedures and packages clearly to patients
- Understand patient requirements and guide them on the appropriate next steps
- Coordinate consultations, treatment plans and patient schedules
- Coordinate with doctors and therapists to ensure a smooth patient experience
- Handle calls, WhatsApp, billing and patient records




- Follow up with patients regarding recommended treatments and appointments

What we’re looking for
- 1–3 years of experience in healthcare, hospitality or customer-facing roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Warm, confident and well-presented
- Organised and comfortable managing multiple patients
- Dental, dermatology or aesthetics experience preferred
