- Collaborate with senior management and doctors to ensure high-quality testing results and exceed customer expectations.
- Take accountability for services, ensuring qualified laboratory services are always provided.
- Foster and maintain effective communication and a positive working relationship among hospital staff, patients, and the public.
- Patient & Clinical Management
- Evaluate the quality and appropriateness of tests, make necessary changes, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ensure appropriate training and continuing education for lab personnel to maintain high competency levels.
