Job role: Patent Analyst/Associate/Agent.

Experience:

3-6 years or more of skilled experience in patent drafting and prosecution, primarily in the mechanical, electronics, 4G/5G communications, AI technologies, such as Machine Learning, Generative AI, NLP, and Computer Vision.

Role and Responsibilities:

- Drafting patent specifications, including claims, in mechanical, electronics, 4G/5G communications, AI technologies, such as Machine Learning, Generative AI, NLP, Computer Vision, and related domains.
- Preparing and filing responses to First Examination Reports (FERs).
- Handling and appearing in hearings before the Indian Patent Office.




- Coordinating with inventors and internal teams for effective prosecution.
- Managing patent prosecution matters independently and adhering to statutory timelines

Eligibility Requirements:

- Registered Patent Agent (preferred, not mandatory).
- Min 2 to 6 years of relevant experience in patent drafting and prosecution.
- Sound understanding of Indian patent law and procedures.
- Technical background in mechanical, electronics, 4G/5G communications, AI technologies, such as Machine Learning, Generative AI, NLP, Computer Vision, and related domains.
- Strong written communication and analytical skills.
