About the Role

We are seeking a Patent Specialist with strong practical experience in patent drafting, prosecution, filing, and portfolio management , with comprehensive knowledge of both national and international patent procedures .

Key Responsibilities

- Patent drafting and preparation of patent specifications and related documents
- Patent filing and prosecution before national and international patent offices
- Handling PCT (Patent Cooperation Treaty) applications and procedures
- Managing national phase entries and international patent matters
- Conducting patent-related formalities and documentation
- Handling patent amendments, responses, office actions, and correspondence
- Supporting patent searches, analysis, and patentability assessments
- Managing patent portfolios and monitoring application deadlines
- Coordinating with clients, patent offices, and foreign associates
- Handling patent renewals, assignments, recordals, and other patent services




- Providing support throughout the patent lifecycle from filing through grant and maintenance

Requirements
- 4–6 years of dedicated professional experience in Patents
- Robust understanding of Patent Drafting, Filing & Prosecution
- Experience with National, International, PCT & National Phase applications
- Familiarity with Prior Art, Patentability, Novelty, Validity, Invalidity, FTO & Infringement Searches
- Experience with State-of-the-Art and Patent Landscape Searches
- Familiarity with Patent Family, Citation, Assignee, Applicant & Inventor Searches
- Understanding of Patent Portfolio Management, Renewals, Assignments & Recordals
- Good understanding of patent office procedures and formalities
- Strong communication, client-handling and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines
- Willingness to relocate to Jeddah, Saudi Arabia is mandatory

? Relocation Requirement This is an on-site position in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Candidates applying from India must be willing and available to relocate to Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
