Volo Lifts & Elevators | Bengaluru

Volo is expanding its presence in the elevator and vertical mobility market and we are looking for an experienced Business Development Partner / Growth Leader who can help us accelerate the next phase of the business.

This opportunity is particularly suited to someone from Civil Engineering, Real Estate, Construction, Infrastructure, Architecture or Project Development who already understands how projects are conceived, developed and executed — and has a strong network within the industry.

What will you do?The primary responsibility will be to create and grow a strong pipeline of elevator and vertical mobility projects for Volo.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Build the Business Pipeline

Identify and develop opportunities across:

• Villas & premium residences

• Apartment projects

• Residential developments

• Commercial buildings

• Hospitals

• Hotels

• Offices

• Retail & mixed-use developments

• Industrial projects

• Lift modernization & replacement projects

2. Build Relationships

Develop long-term relationships with:

• Builders & developers

• Architects

• Civil contractors

• Structural consultants

• Project management consultants

• Real-estate companies

• Apartment associations

• Facility managers

• Property owners

• Interior designers & design firms

3. Generate Qualified Leads The expectation is not simply to generate enquiries,



but to bring qualified project opportunities where there is a genuine requirement for elevators or lift modernization.

You will help Volo identify:

- Upcoming projects
- Projects under construction
- Projects entering the lift-selection stage
- Existing buildings requiring modernization
- Premium villa projects
- Commercial projects requiring new elevators

4. Convert Relationships into Business

Work closely with the Volo team from:

Lead → Site Visit → Requirement Study → Technical Proposal → Commercial Discussion → Negotiation → Order

You will not be expected to handle everything alone. Volo will provide the technical, estimation, proposal and execution support required to convert opportunities.

You should ideally have:

✔ Strong network in construction / real estate

✔ Understanding of the Bengaluru real-estate market

✔ Ability to identify upcoming projects

✔ Excellent relationship-building skills

✔ Strong communication and negotiation ability

✔ Commercial thinking

✔ Ability to independently develop a territory / market

✔ Entrepreneurial mindset

✔ Ability to work with architects, builders and project stakeholders





Civil / construction / real-estate experience will be strongly preferred.

Elevator industry experience is an advantage, but it is not mandatory if you have the right industry network and business-development capability.

This role is different from a conventional sales jobWe are looking for someone who thinks:

“Where is the next project?”

rather than:

“Who can I call today?”

If you already have relationships with builders, developers, architects, contractors, consultants or property owners — and you believe those relationships can be converted into meaningful business — this could be an interesting prospect.
