Manage and support Op Manager and PAM360 tools

Configure and monitor alerts and notifications

Troubleshoot issues related to monitoring tools

Ensure monitoring for Windows, Linux, Network, Backup and Firewall devices

Work with internal teams to resolve alerts and issues

Maintain proper monitoring configuration to avoid unwanted alerts

Support security and access management activities

Required Skills and Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in monitoring tools

Good hands-on experience in Op Manager and PAM360

Knowledge of Windows and Linux server monitoring

Knowledge of network devices, backup systems and firewall monitoring

Understanding of alert configuration and monitoring setup

Additional Skills

Basic knowledge of APM (Application Performance Monitoring)

Experience in enterprise monitoring setting
