About the Role CoachX.Live is looking for a Paid Ads & Performance Marketing Expert who can independently manage, optimize and scale paid acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google and LinkedIn.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in lead generation, funnel optimization, campaign scaling and performance marketing, with a clear focus on generating quality leads, admissions and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, launch and manage Meta, Google and LinkedIn paid campaigns.
- Manage complete paid marketing funnels from lead generation to conversion.
- Optimize campaigns based on CPL, CPA, conversion rate, CAC and ROAS.
- Conduct audience research, targeting, retargeting and competitor analysis.
- Test different ad creatives, copies, audiences and campaign structures.
- Work closely with the creative team to develop high-converting ad creatives and videos.
- Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve lead quality and conversion.




- Track and report campaign performance, budgets and revenue contribution.
- Use ChatGPT and AI tools for ad copy, campaign research, creative ideas, analysis and marketing automation.
- Continuously experiment with new strategies to improve lead quality, admissions and overall marketing ROI.

Requirements
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Paid Ads / Performance Marketing.
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
- Experience in lead-generation and conversion-focused campaigns.
- Strong understanding of marketing funnels and performance metrics.
- Experience with GA4, Meta Pixel, conversion tracking and analytics.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in EdTech, education or high-ticket lead generation will be an advantage.
