Position: Packing Supervisor

Department: Packing

Experience: 2–5 Years

Qualification: 12th / ITI / Diploma

Salary: Up to ₹4 LPA

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily packing activities and manpower
- Ensure proper packing as per product requirements
- Monitor packing quality and quantity
- Coordinate with Production, Stores & Dispatch
- Maintain packing records and reports
- Ensure timely completion of packing orders
- Follow 5S, safety and quality standards
- Handle and resolve day-to-day packing issues

Required Skills:
- Good manpower handling & supervision skills
- Knowledge of packing processes
- Positive communication and coordination
- Knowledge of MS Excel
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment
