- Direct daily shift operations on all packaging lines to hit target output numbers.

- Assign workers, machine operators, and casual labor to designated packing lines.

- Monitor line speed, balance workloads, and prevent bottlenecks on active packaging runs.

- Coordinate with maintenance for immediate repair during machine downtime or breakdown.

- Inspect finished products for proper sealing, pouch/box integrity, and weight accuracy.

- Verify batch numbers, manufacturing dates, MRP, and barcode printing on primary and outer packaging.

- Enforce shop-floor hygiene, safety protocols, and Valuable Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

- Separate and log defective or damaged packaging immediately to avoid mixed batches.

- Issue primary and secondary packing materials (boxes, rolls, polybags, tape) from the warehouse.





- Track daily material consumption and perform shift-end packaging material reconciliation.

- Take actionable steps to reduce material wastage, film scrap, and box damage.

- Oversee the safe movement and handoff of packed finished goods to the warehouse team.

- Record hourly production counts, machine downtime, and shift yield in daily log sheets.

- Train line operators and workers on machine handling, safety standards, and defect checks.

- Manage shift attendance, overtime tracking, and basic workplace discipline.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
