Core Duties and Responsibilities

- Operations &
- Production Management

- Supervise daily packaging line operations and assign tasks to packing personnel.

- Coordinate production and packaging schedules with manufacturing and logistics teams.

- Track key performance metrics, output goals, and yield tracking.

- Maintain, troubleshoot, and coordinate repairs for packaging machinery.

- Quality Control &

- Compliance

- Enforce quality standards and inspect packaged goods for defects or deviations.

- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety protocols, and environmental standards.

- Manage safety training and enforce secure working procedures on the floor.

- Inventory &

- Supplier Management

- Monitor inventory levels of packaging materials and coordinate reordering with procurement.

- Manage relationships with external packaging suppliers and vendors.

- Oversee record-keeping,



tracking systems, and log reports for management.

- Leadership &

- Process Improvement

- Train, coach, and evaluate the performance of packaging staff.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and workflow efficiencies.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, engineering, design) on current packaging concepts and sustainability projects

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
