Job Title: Packaging Engineer

Location: Arudur Village, Kancharapaleam Village, Varadaiahpalem Mandal, Near Sri city

Department: Packaging Department

Experience Required: 3 to 5 Years

- Apply basic Packaging sciences to perform design analysis of packaging materials, including industry standard packing tests, basic static/energetic compression analysis, strength of materials, and design optimization.
- Create engineering drawings and CAD models for packaging Materials and designs.
- Implement packaging designs to promote sustainability, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
- Operate computer programs to support design analysis and R&D; efforts.
- Support project teams to develop and document packaging designs and specifications that meet the requirements of the product specifications and program charter.
- Produce and maintain accurate design records in accordance with specific project requirements using accepted corporate methods and Design Standards, including bills of materials, specifications,



and related documentation.
- Provide support to product development, Sales and marketing, Quality & R&D; labs, manufacturing facilities, supplier quality, procurement, logistics, and advanced manufacturing.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills: A bachelors degree in Packaging Engineering is required. Knowledge of ASTM, ISTA, and NMFTA standards for packaging testing is essential.
