Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Outreach Executive to support the institution’s outreach, student engagement, admissions, and promotional activities,will be responsible for building relationships with schools, colleges, students, parents, and other stakeholders to generate awareness and increase student admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute outreach activities to promote the institution and its academic programs.
- Visit schools, colleges, coaching centres, and other relevant institutions for outreach activities.
- Establish and maintain relationships with school/college representatives, counsellors, students, and parents.
- Conduct and coordinate seminars, workshops, career guidance sessions, education fairs, and campus visits.
- Generate leads through field visits, events, telecalling, referrals, and other outreach initiatives.
- Follow up with prospective students and parents and provide information about courses, eligibility, admissions, and facilities.
- Coordinate with the Admissions and Marketing teams for lead conversion and admission activities.
- Maintain records of outreach visits, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Prepare regular reports on outreach activities and lead generation.
- Represent the institution professionally at educational events, exhibitions,



and promotional activities.
- Support digital and offline promotional campaigns when required.
- Travel within Bangalore and nearby locations for institutional outreach activities.

- Willingness to travel for outreach activities.

Educational Qualification
- Any Graduate degree.
- Candidates with experience in Education Outreach, Admissions, Business Development, Marketing, Student Counselling, or Field Sales will be preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in education outreach, admissions, marketing, business development, or a similar role.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a willingness to travel may also be considered.

Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
