We are looking for a target-driven Outbound Tele-Caller with B2C sales experience to generate leads and convert prospects over the phone. The role involves high call volumes, structured follow-ups, and consistent achievement of sales and conversion targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided/self-sourced data and call lists.
- Maintain accurate call logs, lead status, and follow-up schedules
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call volume and conversion targets.
- Follow up persistently with warm leads and re-engage cold/lost leads where appropriate.
- Escalate qualified leads to the appropriate sales/closing team as per process.
- Adhere to call scripts, quality guidelines, and compliance requirements
- Share customer feedback and objection patterns with the team lead to refine pitch and targeting.

Required Skills Experience
- 2-4 years of experience in outbound tele-calling/tele-sales, preferably B2C.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales/conversion targets.
- Strong verbal communication skills with clear,



confident phone presence.
- Ability to handle objections and rejection while staying persuasive and professional.
- Basic computer literacy - comfortable logging calls and leads in a spreadsheet.
- Fluency in English and Tamil (additional regional languages a plus).

Educational Qualification
- Any Bachelors degree; candidates with robust tele-sales experience in lieu of a degree may be considered.

Soft Skills
- Strong listening skills and the ability to build quick rapport over the phone.
- Good time management to handle high call volumes without compromising quality.
