Hiring: Outreach Associate

We’re looking for an energetic, people-oriented Outreach Associate to help expand our crowdfunding platform by connecting with NGOs, nonprofits, fundraisers, CSR teams, and potential partners.

Key Responsibilities

- Reach out to NGOs, nonprofits, fundraisers, and potential podcast guests through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and social media.

- Onboard NGOs and partners onto the fundraising platform.

- Support partners in planning and launching effective fundraising campaigns.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with NGOs, CSR teams, donors, and corporate partners.

- Engage with donors and identify opportunities to improve fundraising outcomes.

- Coordinate with potential podcast guests, experts, and social impact leaders.

- Track outreach, campaign progress, and performance metrics.

Requirements





- Solid communication skills in English + regional language preferred.

- Comfortable with outbound calling and target-based work.

- Basic knowledge of CRM, Google Sheets, Email & WhatsApp.

- 6 months–2 years experience in telecalling, telesales, BPO, inside sales, or customer support is preferred.

- Freshers with good communication skills and confidence are welcome!
