OT Technician – Job Opening

New Indore Super Speciality Hospital, Depalpur is hiring an experienced OT Technician to join our growing healthcare team.

Job Location: Depalpur, Madhya Pradesh

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month

Experience: 2–5 years

We are an NABH-approved 30-bedded multispeciality hospital, located in Depalpur, approximately 30 minutes from Indore.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist doctors and surgeons during surgical procedures.
- Prepare and maintain the Operation Theatre before and after procedures.
- Ensure proper sterilization and availability of OT instruments and equipment.
- Handle surgical instruments and OT equipment efficiently.
- Follow infection control and OT safety protocols.
- Maintain OT records, checklists and documentation.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses and other OT staff.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of surgical instruments.




- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and readiness of the OT at all times.

Requirements:
- Diploma / B.Sc. in OT Technician / Operation Theatre Technology or equivalent qualification.
- 2–5 years of relevant OT experience.
- Good knowledge of OT procedures, surgical instruments and sterilization.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a hospital setting.
