Job Title: OTA Manager – Hotels

We are looking for an experienced OTA Manager/Executive to manage and grow our hotel presence across major Online Travel Agencies (OTAs).

Key Responsibilities:

Manage hotel listings on MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia and other OTAs.

Update room rates, availability, inventory, packages and promotions. Monitor bookings, cancellations, room availability and OTA performance.

Ensure accurate hotel information, photos, room details and pricing across platforms.

Manage guest reviews and coordinate with the hotel team for issue resolution.Monitor competitor rates and market trends.

Work towards improving occupancy, revenue and OTA visibility.

Coordinate with the Revenue/Operations team and prepare regular performance reports.

Requirements

Previous experience in hotel OTA management is preferred.

Knowledge of major hotel booking platforms and channel managers.

Positive communication, analytical and coordination skills.

Experience with hotel pricing, inventory and revenue management will be an advantage.

Location: Gurugram Experience: 1-2 years preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
