About the Role

Function / Role: Manager – Organizational Change Management (Digital Supply Chain)

Location of work: Client Location (Kandivali, Mumbai)

Responsibilities

- Key responsibilities on this role may include but not be limited to:
- Lead the development and execution of OCM strategies for digital transformation projects, including supply chain process digitization and technology enablement. Prosci Certified
- Map, analyse and engage key stakeholders across the enterprise—plant operations, procurement, logistics, and external partners—to foster alignment and buy-in throughout project phases.
- Formulate and execute adoption plans, communication strategies and change impact assessments to ensure smooth transitions.
- Maintain documentation of OCM frameworks, stakeholder engagement records, and adoption progress.
- Highlight long-term advantages of transformation initiatives, focusing on visibility, agility, and improved decision-making.




- Implement a structured communication plan with targeted, audience-specific messages.
- Establish and monitor KPIs for change effectiveness and adoption rates; gather and incorporate feedback for continuous improvement.
- Serve as the primary OCM liaison with business leaders, project managers and IT to address issues, risks, and resistance to change.
- Collaborate & Coach Program Manager, senior leaders and project sponsors to be visible champions of change; support governance meetings.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Digital Transformation, Business, Engineering or related field.
- Additional certifications such as Six Sigma will be preferred.

Required Skills

- 8–10 years’ experience in organizational change management with proven delivery in digital transformation or supply chain programs, preferably for automotive or manufacturing clients.
- Prosci Certified.
