Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced

Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in

Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll and US Payroll

. The consultant will be responsible for implementing, configuring, supporting, and enhancing Oracle Payroll solutions for US-based payroll processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and support

Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Payroll

, specifically

US Payroll

.

- Work on

US payroll processing, payroll calculations, QuickPay, payroll flows, retro pay, and payroll reconciliation

.

- Configure

Payroll Elements, Element Entries, Fast Formulas, Balances, Calculation Cards, Payroll Relationships, and Payment Methods

.

- Handle

US-specific payroll requirements

, including taxation, deductions, earnings, benefits, and payroll compliance processes.

- Analyze and resolve payroll issues and perform root-cause analysis.

- Work closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, and business stakeholders to understand requirements.

- Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, and process documentation.

- Support data migration, testing, UAT, parallel payroll runs, and production deployment

.

- Support integrations between Oracle HCM Payroll and third-party payroll, benefits, tax, and financial systems.





- Provide production support and troubleshoot critical payroll issues.

- Support Oracle quarterly updates and assess their impact on payroll configurations.

- Coordinate with Oracle Support for complex product-related issues.

Must-Have Skills

- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Payroll.

- Mandatory experience in US Payroll.

- Solid understanding of

US payroll processes and requirements

.

- Experience with

US Payroll elements, balances, calculation cards, payroll flows, costing, and payment methods

.

- Solid knowledge of

Fast Formula

.

- Experience in payroll testing, reconciliation, parallel runs, and issue resolution

.

- Good understanding of

Core HR and Payroll processes.

- Experience with

HDL, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, and OTBI is preferred.

- Experience supporting Oracle HCM Payroll implementations or production environments.

Preferred Qualifications

- Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll certification is an advantage.

- Experience with end-to-end US Payroll implementation/support

.

- Knowledge of

US taxation, deductions, benefits, and payroll compliance

.

- Experience with Oracle quarterly releases.

- Exposure to payroll integrations and third-party payroll systems.
