Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant with strong hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM modules. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, configure solutions, and provide functional support.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement, configure, and support Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM modules.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle Fusion solutions.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications, and process flows .
- Configure SCM modules based on business requirements.
- Conduct functional testing, SIT, UAT, regression testing, and defect resolution .
- Support data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities.
- Provide production support and troubleshoot functional issues.
- Work closely with technical teams on integrations, reports, and extensions.
- Support Oracle quarterly updates and analyze their impact on SCM processes.
- Conduct user training and prepare functional documentation.




- Coordinate with business users, technical teams, and other Oracle functional teams.

Must-Have Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM .
- Good understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain business processes .
- Experience in one or more of the following modules:
- Procurement / Purchasing
- Inventory Management
- Order Management
- Cost Management
- Product Information Management (PIM)
- Manufacturing
- Supply Planning
- Strong experience in Oracle Fusion SCM configuration .
- Good understanding of SCM master data and transactional processes.
- Experience in SIT, UAT, testing, and production support .
- Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in end-to-end Oracle Fusion SCM implementation .
- Knowledge of integrations with Oracle Finance, HCM, and third-party systems .
- Exposure to OTBI, BI Publisher, FBDI, REST/SOAP APIs, and HDL is an advantage.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud quarterly releases.
- Oracle Fusion SCM certification is preferred.
