Oracle Fusion HCM Absence Management & Payroll Data Migration Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Absence Management and Payroll Data Migration for an Oracle Fusion implementation/data migration project.

Key Responsibilities & Skills

- Strong functional experience in Oracle Fusion HCM, with specific expertise in Absence Management and Payroll.
- Hands-on experience in configuring Absence Plans, Absence Types, Eligibility Profiles, Accrual Plans, Enrolments and Absence Processing.
- Strong understanding of the integration between Absence Management, Core HR and Payroll.
- Hands-on experience in Payroll Data Migration from legacy applications to Oracle Fusion HCM.
- Experience migrating payroll-related data including Element Entries, Payroll Balances, Personal Payment Methods, Bank Details and other payroll conversion objects.
- Solid hands-on experience with HDL/HSDL for HCM and Payroll data loading.
- Experience in data extraction, cleansing, transformation, mapping, loading, validation and reconciliation.
- Ability to analyse and resolve HDL/data-load errors and reconciliation issues.
- Good understanding of Quick Formula related to Absence and Payroll would be advantageous.
- Experience supporting SIT, UAT, mock conversions, cutover, go-live and post-production activities.
- Ability to work closely with Payroll, HR,



Data Migration and Technical teams to ensure successful end-to-end data conversion.
- Good analytical, troubleshooting, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
