About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Lead to drive end-to-end implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud modules. The role involves leading functional workstreams, engaging with stakeholders to gather requirements, and ensuring successful delivery of HCM solutions across Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, and Talent modules.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Oracle Fusion HCM implementation, configuration, and support engagements across multiple modules (Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Compensation, Talent)
- Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional design documents and system configurations
- Manage and mentor a team of functional consultants, ensuring quality delivery and adherence to timelines
- Conduct workshops with business stakeholders to define processes and drive solution adoption
- Oversee testing cycles (SIT/UAT), issue resolution, and change management activities
- Coordinate with technical teams for integrations, reports, and extensions




- Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and recommend process improvements
- Stay current with Oracle Fusion HCM quarterly updates and assess impact on existing configurations

Requirements

- 10+ years of experience in Oracle HCM, with substantial hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud
- Proven experience leading full lifecycle Fusion HCM implementations
- Strong functional expertise in one or more modules: Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Compensation, or Talent Management
- Experience managing stakeholder relationships and leading cross-functional teams
- Robust understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM data model, security, and reporting tools
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
