Role & responsibilities:

- Lead functional requirements gathering and business process mapping for Oracle Project Costing, Project Billing, and PPM modules.

- Configure Oracle Projects/PPM modules based on business requirements and industry best practices.

- Analyze business processes and translate requirements into functional solutions.

- Define and document functional specifications, process flows, and business mappings.

- Support integration requirements by providing functional inputs and validating end-to-end solutions.

- Lead functional testing, UAT, issue resolution, and production support.

- Work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and integration teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Preferred candidate profile:

- 8+ years of relevant experience in Oracle PPM/Projects functional consulting.

- Deep hands-on expertise in Oracle Project Costing and Project Billing.

- Solid understanding of related Oracle PPM modules and end-to-end project lifecycle processes.

- Proven experience in requirements gathering, configuration, business mapping, and functional documentation.

- Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills.
