About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM ARCS (Account Reconciliation Cloud Service) Lead to drive end-to-end implementation, configuration, and support for enterprise finance transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary subject matter expert, leading a team of consultants and engaging finance stakeholders to streamline reconciliation and close processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle ARCS modules, including Account Reconciliation, Transaction Matching, and Financial Close processes.
- Gather business requirements from finance stakeholders and translate them into functional and technical ARCS solutions.
- Configure reconciliation rules, formats, profiles, and integrations with source systems (ERP/GL).
- Lead a team of ARCS consultants, review deliverables, and ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
- Manage data integrations between Oracle ARCS and upstream/downstream systems using EPM Automate,



Data Management, or FDMEE.
- Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous process improvements.
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and prepare functional/technical documentation.

Requirements

- Proven experience implementing and supporting Oracle ARCS (Account Reconciliation Cloud Service) in a lead or senior consultant capacity.
- Robust understanding of financial close and reconciliation processes.
- Hands-on experience with EPM Automate, Data Management/FDMEE, and integration with ERP systems (Oracle Fusion, SAP, or others).
- Experience leading teams and managing client-facing engagements.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
