Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Oracle EBS Technical Leader with 6–10 years of strong hands-on experience in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) technical development and support.

The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, integrating, and supporting Oracle EBS solutions, with robust expertise in Oracle EBS R12, SQL, PL/SQL, Reports, BI Publisher, Interfaces, APIs, Workflows, and technical integrations.

The ideal candidate should have the ability to lead technical activities, work closely with functional teams and business stakeholders, troubleshoot complex issues, and deliver scalable and reliable Oracle EBS solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Oracle EBS Technical Development

- Design, develop, customize, and support Oracle EBS R12 applications.
- Develop and maintain PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, triggers, and SQL queries.
- Develop and customize Oracle Reports and BI Publisher reports.
- Develop and support Oracle EBS interfaces, conversions, extensions, and customizations.
- Work with Oracle EBS APIs and open interfaces.
- Perform technical analysis, impact assessment, and solution design for business requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in Oracle EBS.

Oracle EBS Integrations
- Develop and support integrations between Oracle EBS and external applications.
- Work with REST/SOAP APIs, XML, JSON, and other integration technologies.
- Develop inbound and outbound interfaces.




- Work with Oracle EBS open interfaces and standard APIs.
- Monitor and troubleshoot integration failures and data issues.

Workflow & Technical Components
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Workflow.
- Understanding of concurrent programs, concurrent requests, value sets, flexfields, responsibilities, and menus.
- Experience working with Oracle EBS technical architecture and underlying database objects.
- Support technical migration and deployment activities across environments.

Performance & Troubleshooting
- Analyze and optimize complex SQL and PL/SQL queries.
- Troubleshoot performance issues within Oracle EBS and database layers.
- Perform root-cause analysis for production issues.
- Provide technical solutions and recommendations for recurring issues.
- Ensure code quality, performance, scalability, and maintainability.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Lead technical development activities and mentor junior Oracle EBS developers.
- Review technical designs, code, and development deliverables.
- Work closely with Oracle EBS Functional Consultants, business users, QA, infrastructure, and integration teams.
- Participate in requirement discussions and translate business requirements into technical solutions.




- Provide technical estimates and contribute to project planning.
- Communicate technical risks, issues, dependencies, and progress to stakeholders.
