Operate and monitor capsule filling machines.

Perform capsule filling activities as per Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR) and SOPs.

Set up machines, change parts, and conduct line clearance activities.

Monitor capsule weight variation and perform in-process checks.

Maintain production records and logbooks accurately.

Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and quality standards.

Perform equipment cleaning and changeover activities.

Report machine breakdowns, deviations, and quality issues to the supervisor.
