Role Description The Operations Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Ranchi, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations within the facility. The role includes supervising teams, monitoring workflows, and ensuring adherence to operational standards, safety guidelines, and productivity targets.

The Operations

Supervisor will coordinate schedules, allocate resources, and resolve operational issues to maintain smooth and efficient processes.



This position also involves tracking performance metrics, preparing reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements. The role requires regular communication with management and frontline staff to support continuous improvement and high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills to lead, mentor, and manage operational teams effectively.
- Candidates should possess experience in Operations and Operations Management to oversee processes, optimize workflows, and maintain quality and efficiency.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support sound decision-making.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams and convey information accurately.
- Relevant experience in manufacturing, logistics, or industrial operations is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Ranchi and manage shift-based operations as required.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and familiarity with ERP or operations management systems is an advantage.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in operations, engineering, business, or a related field is preferred.
