Operations Supervisor – Food Processing & Drying Location: Rai, Sonipat, Main GT Road Industry: Food Processing / Food Technology We are looking for a hands-on Operations Supervisor to take ownership of our Food Drying business vertical at DryM Foods. You will be responsible for managing the complete day-to-day operation — from raw food input → drying → yield calculation → packing → final output . What you will do? Maintain and calculate input vs. output/yield for every batch ? Manage and allocate daily labour/manpower ? Handle packaging, packing material and finished stock ? Plan and monitor daily production and drying activities ? Maintain accurate production, wastage and inventory records ? Coordinate between production, drying, packaging and dispatch ? Track productivity and reduce wastage/losses ✅ Ensure hygiene,



quality and process discipline on the shop floor ? Take ownership of solving day-to-day operational issues Who we are looking for2–5 years of experience in food processing, manufacturing, production or operations Strong with numbers, calculations and Excel Valuable at managing workers and getting work completed on time Practical, organised and comfortable working on the factory floor Someone who can take ownership rather than just supervise This is a hands-on role with significant responsibility and growth potential.

The right person will have the opportunity to build and eventually lead the entire Food Drying operations vertical.
