We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and ensure smooth coordination between production, warehouse, procurement, sales and other departments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and monitor day-to-day business operations.

- Coordinate with production, warehouse, purchase and sales teams.

- Ensure timely execution of orders and deliveries.

- Monitor operational targets, productivity and efficiency.

- Implement and maintain SOPs and operational processes.

- Identify operational issues and take corrective action.

- Monitor inventory, material movement and resource utilization.

- Coordinate with management and provide regular operational updates.

- Ensure quality, safety and process compliance.





- Lead and support the operations team.

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in operations management.

- Experience in manufacturing, fabrication, doors/windows, steel or related industries will be an advantage.

- Robust team management and coordination skills.

- Good communication and problem-solving ability.

- Ability to work independently and take ownership.

- Good knowledge of MS Office and basic reporting system

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
