Job Title: Operations Manager - Supply Chain & Franchise

Location: Surat

Salary: ₹70,000 per month

Industry: Automotive Detailing, PPF & Premium Car Care Franchise Head office

Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to develop and implement new processes and strategies, improve operational efficiency, manage supply chain and manpower, control costs, and drive overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement recent operational processes, SOPs, and strategies to improve efficiency, while identifying operational gaps to implement process improvement initiatives.
- Manage and optimize the complete supply chain process, including procurement, inventory, logistics, and delivery
- Monitor and optimize delivery and logistics costs while maintaining service quality
- Plan and manage manpower requirements, allocation, productivity, and performance
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, suppliers,



and other stakeholders for smooth operations
- Monitor inventory levels and reduce wastage, delays, and unnecessary operational costs while improving vendor performance.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Experience in developing and implementing new processes and strategies
- Strong understanding of supply chain, logistics, procurement, and cost management.
- Excellent manpower planning, team-management, analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills

Must Have: Candidates with experience in automotive, automobile service, detailing, retail, franchise, logistics, or multi-location operations will be preferred Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
