We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized Travel Operations Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in the travel and tourism industry.

Role Overview

As a Travel Operations Intern, you will work closely with our operations team to coordinate travel arrangements, manage trip logistics, communicate with vendors, and ensure smooth execution of group departures.

This role offers practical exposure to the end-to-end functioning of a growing travel company.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in planning and coordinating domestic and international group trips.
- Coordinate with hotels, transport vendors, local operators, and activity providers.
- Manage traveller details, booking confirmations, and trip-related documentation.
- Prepare itineraries, operational checklists, and departure-related information.




- Coordinate with trip leaders and ground teams for smooth trip execution.
- Assist in resolving operational challenges and customer queries.
- Maintain records and update operational data using Google Sheets and Excel.
- Support the team in day-to-day operational activities and process improvements.
