About Tattva Homes
Tattva Homes is a bespoke interior design and execution company specializing in residential interiors, modular kitchens, wardrobes, and turnkey interior projects.
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations Executive who can take ownership of day-to-day project coordination and ensure that projects are executed smoothly, on time, and as per approved designs and specifications.
Role Overview
As an Operations Executive, you will act as the coordination link between the design team, vendors, contractors, clients, procurement, and site teams .
Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that once a project is sold and handed over to execution, every activity is properly planned, tracked, coordinated, and closed.
Key Responsibilities1. Project Coordination
- Coordinate multiple interior projects simultaneously.
- Prepare and maintain project execution schedules.
- Track project progress against planned timelines.
- Coordinate between design, procurement, vendors, contractors, and site teams.
- Ensure all project requirements are communicated clearly to the respective teams.
- Identify delays or bottlenecks and take corrective action.
1. Vendor & Contractor Management
- Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, plumbers, false ceiling contractors, painters, fabricators, and other vendors.
- Allocate work and coordinate site schedules.
- Follow up with vendors on material delivery and work completion.
- Maintain a database of vendors, contractors, rates, and performance.
- Ensure vendors execute work according to approved specifications and timelines.
1. Procurement & Material Coordination
- Coordinate material requirements based on project schedules.
- Follow up on quotations, purchase orders, deliveries, and pending materials.
- Ensure materials reach the site as per the required timeline.
- Track material shortages,
damages, replacements, and pending items.
- Coordinate with the procurement/accounts team for vendor payments and documentation.
1. Site Operations
- Conduct regular site visits and monitor execution progress.
- Ensure work is being executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Maintain daily/weekly site updates.
- Identify quality issues and coordinate their resolution.
- Maintain project snag lists and ensure closure before handover.
- Coordinate site handovers and final project completion.
1. Client Coordination
- Coordinate with clients regarding execution-related updates.
- Share project progress and communicate significant timelines.
- Coordinate client approvals wherever required.
- Escalate major concerns or changes to the Founder/Project Manager.
- Ensure client commitments made during the sales process are properly communicated to the execution team.
1. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain project trackers and execution dashboards.
- Maintain BOQs, material requirement lists, purchase orders, and vendor details.
- Prepare weekly project status reports.
- Track project timelines, pending activities, and dependencies.
- Maintain a centralized record of project-related documentation.
1. Quality & Timeline Control
- Ensure projects remain within agreed timelines.
- Track critical path activities and dependencies.
- Conduct regular quality checks.
- Identify recurring execution issues and suggest process improvements.
- Ensure all snagging and rectification work is completed before handover.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) The Operations Executive will be evaluated on:
- Projects delivered within agreed timelines
- Reduction in execution delays
- Vendor and contractor coordination
- Material availability at site
- Quality and snag closure
- Accuracy of project tracking
- Client satisfaction during execution
- Reduction in rework and material wastage
- Timely reporting and escalation of issues
What We Are Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in interior design, construction, project management, or related fields.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable with frequent site visits.
- Good understanding of interior execution and construction processes.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel and project management tools.
- Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple stakeholders.
- Problem-solving mindset with strong ownership.
Preferred
- Experience with an interior design/turnkey execution company.
- Knowledge of modular kitchens, wardrobes, civil work, electrical, plumbing, false ceiling, painting, and other interior works.
- Experience managing vendors and contractors.
- Familiarity with BOQs, drawings, material specifications, and project costing.

Compensation
₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month , depending on experience and capability.
Performance-based incentives may be provided based on project delivery and operational performance.
