We are looking for an Operations Manager – Fulfilment to lead our on demand order fulfilment operations, ensuring orders move from production to dispatch on time, accurately and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily fulfilment operations across printing, QC, packing and dispatch.

- Plan manpower and capacity based on daily order volumes.

- Ensure orders meet committed TAT and dispatch SLAs.

- Monitor WIP and proactively resolve production bottlenecks.

- Drive productivity, efficiency and cost control across fulfilment teams.

- Ensure strong QC systems and reduce reprints, errors and customer complaints.

- Coordinate with production, planning, warehouse, logistics, customer support and technology teams.

- Track daily operational KPIs and conduct root-cause analysis for deviations.

- Implement and continuously improve SOPs, process controls and workplace discipline.





- Lead supervisors/team leaders and build accountability for operational outcomes.

- Prepare for seasonal and peak-volume requirements without compromising TAT or quality.

Preferred Candidate

- 5–8+ years of operations/production/fulfilment experience.

- Experience managing high-volume, fast-moving operations with large teams.

- Apparel, printing, e-commerce fulfilment or manufacturing experience preferred.

- Strong knowledge of capacity planning, productivity, TAT, quality and process improvement.

- Solid people leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Comfortable working with ERP/MIS and operational dashboards.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
