Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily stock audit operations at client locations.
- Ensure efficient stocktaking procedures and accurate reporting.
- Develop and manage a team of stock auditors , ensuring high performance and productivity.
- Maintain Excel-based reports and operational dashboards.
- Coordinate with different departments to streamline stock verification processes.
- Travel to various locations as per business needs.
- Foster strong client relationships and ensure smooth communication in English and the local language .
Key Qualifications &
Skills
- Educational Qualification: Minimum Graduate in any field.
- Experience: At least 2 years in field operations.
- Technical Skills: Intermediate-level Excel proficiency.
- Soft Skills: Strong team management and leadership capabilities.
