We're hiring: Operations Executive – Bengaluru
Rentkar rents premium tech on versatile plans: PS5s, gaming PCs, laptops, MacBooks, cameras and more. We have been running since 2018 across Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru and Delhi NCR, and we're looking for someone to run our Bengaluru operation day to day.
? Bengaluru (on-site, field + warehouse)
? Full-time | 1–3 years experience
? ₹2.5–3.5 LPA CTC
? 6 days a week, weekend rotation
What you'll do
- Plan daily deliveries and pickups, and coordinate riders and delivery partners
- Close out every rental on its end date and chase overdue returns
- Inspect every unit at dispatch and return, and log damage with photos
- Coordinate repairs and get units back to rentable status fast
- Keep inventory status accurate in the system and run weekly stock counts
- Resolve customer issues on phone and WhatsApp
- Support order approvals and field recovery visits on defaulted rentals
- Send a daily ops report to leadership
What you'll need
- Graduate with 1–3 years in operations, logistics or last-mile delivery (rental, e-commerce or quick-commerce a plus)
- Your own two-wheeler and a valid driving licence
- Fluency in Kannada and English, plus working Hindi
- Comfort with Google Sheets / Excel
- A calm, firm approach with customers
- Bonus: basic hardware knowledge of consoles, PCs or laptops
