Key Responsibilities

- Be an essential part of the operations team, ensuring smooth daily operations. Serve as a point of contact for vendors, clients, and customers, ensuring clear and professional communication.
- Collaborate with vendors to streamline processes and meet service level agreements (SLA).
- Proactively identify and resolve operational issues to ensure smooth functioning. Handle client and customer interactions to provide excellent service.
- Update CRM systems and perform accurate data entry. Maintain consistency and efficiency in operations by collaborating with internal teams.

Requirements

 Minimum 1 year of experience in operations or relevant roles.

 Strong client and customer handling skills.





 Familiarity with CRM tools and accurate data entry processes.

 Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and coordination abilities.
