- Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.




- Monitor and manage the health and performance of production systems to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate operational tasks and resolve incidents efficiently.
- Document operational procedures and maintain accurate records to support knowledge sharing and compliance.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their understanding of operational processes.
