Role Description The Operation Executive is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational activities that support campaign execution, client servicing, and internal coordination. This full-time remote role involves managing workflows, tracking project timelines, coordinating with college societies and brand partners, and ensuring smooth implementation of marketing initiatives. The role includes monitoring performance metrics, identifying process bottlenecks, and recommending improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.

The Operation

Executive will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to maintain accurate documentation, streamline communication, and uphold operational standards across the platform.





● Plan and execute events end-to-end from concept to on-ground wrap-up

● Manage all event logistics: venue, vendors, permissions, timelines, budgets

● Leverage existing industry contacts/network to source vendors, venues, and resources efficiently

● Travel to and be physically present at event sites, taking full on-ground charge of execution

● Troubleshoot real-time issues during live events and make fast decisions

● Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure events meet campaign objectives

Qualifications

- Strong Operations and Operations Management skills to handle daily processes, workflows, and campaign execution.
- Well-developed Analytical Skills to interpret data, monitor performance, and support decision-making.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to collaborate with internal teams, college communities, and brand partners.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, rapid-paced environment with strong time management and organizational capabilities.
- Experience in marketing operations, platform-based businesses, or youth/education-focused organizations is advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Comfort with digital tools, project management software, and basic reporting or dashboard systems.
