- Contact assigned leads through phone calls and other communication channels to understand their homecare requirements.
- Explain the available homecare services, care options, and service process to prospective clients and their families.
- Follow up with leads regularly and address their queries or concerns.
- Coordinate with the relevant internal teams to provide appropriate service information and quotations.
- Convert qualified leads into homecare clients by effectively communicating the benefits and suitability of the services.
- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, conversion status, and client requirements.
- Ensure a smooth transition from lead conversion to homecare service commencement.
- Achieve assigned lead conversion and client onboarding targets.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
