Hiring Operations executive for Occupational Health Centre in Hyderabad.

We are a leading Occupational Health Centre (OHC) service provider, successfully operating across 100+ locations PAN India since 2018. We partner with reputed clients across manufacturing and corporate sectors, delivering high-quality healthcare and compliance-driven OHC solutions.

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Operations Manager to oversee and streamline OHC operations across multiple locations. The ideal candidate should have solid operational, client management, and team leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities (KRA)

- Oversee end-to-end operations of OHC locations across India
- Ensure smooth deployment and management of Medical Officers, Staff Nurses, and paramedical staff
- Monitor SLA adherence, compliance, and quality standards as per client requirements
- Coordinate with clients for onboarding, audits, and operational reviews
- Support for recruitment, training,



and retention strategies to minimize attrition and locum dependency
- Manage payroll inputs, attendance cycles, and operational MIS reporting
- Handle escalations, resolve operational challenges, and ensure client satisfaction
- Optimize cost, improve efficiency, and implement process improvements
- Lead and mentor regional coordinators and operations teams

Key Skills Required

- Strong multi-location operations management experience
- Knowledge of OHC/Healthcare/Industrial health operations preferred
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-driven environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
