- Lead and supervise day-to-day nursing operations
- Manage nursing staff, duty rosters and manpower deployment
- Ensure quality patient care and clinical documentation
- Coordinate with doctors, OT and other clinical departments
- Ensure compliance with infection control and patient safety standards
- Support NABH and quality initiatives
- Drive training, discipline and performance of the nursing team
What We’re Looking For
✔Strong hospital nursing experience
✔Team leadership and staff management skills
✔Good clinical coordination and communication skills
✔Experience in OT / surgical hospital environment will be an advantage
