Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Nursing Superintendent to manage the overall nursing services of the hospital and ensure quality patient care, effective staff management, and smooth nursing operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the overall nursing operations of the hospital.
- Ensure quality patient care and nursing standards.
- Supervise and guide Nurse In-charges, Staff Nurses, and nursing staff.
- Manage nursing manpower and duty rosters.
- Ensure proper deployment of nursing staff across departments and shifts.
- Monitor nursing documentation, medication practices, infection control, and patient safety.
- Coordinate with doctors, Unit Head, HR, and other departments.
- Conduct regular nursing rounds and monitor patient care.
- Address patient and attendant concerns related to nursing services.
- Conduct training and competency development programs for nursing staff.




- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, SOPs, and NABH standards.
- Monitor nursing quality and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Eligibility

- B.Sc Nursing / GNM from a recognized institution.
- 8–12 years of experience in a hospital.
- Experience as Nursing Superintendent / Deputy Nursing Superintendent / Assistant Nursing Superintendent / Nursing Manager will be preferred.
- Experience in a secondary care multispeciality hospital is preferred.
- Strong experience in nursing administration and team management.
- Valuable communication, leadership, and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
