Key Responsibilities

- Provide home nursing and bedside care to patients.

- Monitor and record the patient's general condition and vital signs as required.

- Provide assistance with prescribed medications as per medical instructions and applicable nursing protocols.

- Perform wound dressing and basic nursing procedures within the nurse's scope of practice.

- Provide care for elderly, post-hospitalization and dependent patients.

- Assist with mobility, positioning and personal care when required.

- Maintain proper hygiene and infection-control practices.

- Observe and report changes in the patient's condition to the family and appropriate healthcare professional.

- Follow the care plan provided by the doctor/hospital/clinical team.

- Maintain accurate patient-care records and handover notes.

- Communicate respectfully with patients and family members.

- Maintain patient privacy, dignity and confidentiality.

- Provide emotional support and reassurance to patients and families.

- Escalate urgent or concerning changes in the patient's condition appropriately.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
