Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage recent product development projects from concept to production launch.
- Coordinate and implement APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) activities.
- Prepare and maintain PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) documentation.
- Develop and update Process Flow Diagrams, PFMEA, Control Plans, and Work Instructions.
- Coordinate tooling design, development, validation, and trial activities.
- Collaborate with Production, Quality, Tool Room, Purchase, and Customer teams to ensure timely project execution.
- Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure successful product launch.
- Support product validation, customer approvals, and process audits.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives during product development and production readiness.
- Ensure compliance with customer specifications, quality standards, and automotive industry requirements.
